Description
The tall ship U.S. Brig Niagara Sailing into port during the parade of sail in Sandusky Ohio. The U.S. Brig Niagara is a replica of the relief flagship of Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry. It was one of nine ships used to defeat a British squadron of six vessels during the War of 1812. The Niagara sails the Great Lakes, preserving and interpreting the story of the Battle of Lake Erie. Its home port is in Erie PA.
