East 4th is consistently ranked as one of the top destinations in Cleveland. As a pedestrian walkway that runs from Euclid Avenue to Prospect Avenue, it was originally named Sheriff Street and has been a key part of Cleveland's economy for over 150 years. It is a Cleveland Landmark District and listed in the National Register. In recent years, East 4th Street has become a major hub for Cleveland's dining and entertainment scene. It has many restaurants, shops, and nearby entertainment attractions like Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and Progressive Field. The street also features overhead light bulbs and patio seating.
